Artwork from the Inuk artist Doris Kumalak, in Kugluktuk (formerly called Coppermine) Nunavut,this grey stone carving is ade of 3 pieces,the hunter ,the ice pack and the prey,actually a seal.Very sober but reflects a traditional Inuit activity and the pride of the hunter who sucessfully got this seal after endless hours of wait.
